Hello KIKI lovers:
Welcome to my Website. My name is Kirenia Alvarez, better known as KIKI. I was born in Cuba and since I was very young I have been passionate about everything related to beauty, glamour, and art on its various forms.
Therefore, it was not out of the blue that my interests and studies were focused in the direction of art: Website design, graphic design technology, interior design, jewelry design, events decoration, crafts, photography, even though the reality of life put me on a different path…Miami’s International Banking Industry, city where I have resided for more than twenty years.
But as the saying goes, better late than never. Suddenly, I had free-time due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and decided to focus my energy and efforts in broadening my knowledge about resin uses, especially on its use in designing works of art, finally finding my passion: Designing paintings using Epoxy Resin. Each work is unique and filled with details because by combining and mixing colors, crystals, wood and other elements, I depict how my eyes see the world: A bright world filled with love, color, opportunities, beautiful people and landscapes.
I am forever grateful to God, to my family and friends for their unconditional support and affection, for believing in me and celebrating all my triumphs as if they were their own. Certainly, I am enjoying this new direction in my life to the fullest.
I feel blessed.
In 2021, my work reached a wider audience when the El Dorado Furniture store in Kendall began selling my pieces; the retailer also featured one of my agate works in its official advertising.
