Welcome to the website of KIKI by KIRENIA ALVAREZ® (“KIKI,” “we,” “our”). By browsing this website or purchasing artwork from us, you agree to the following terms.

The Artwork

Every piece is one of a kind, handmade by Kirenia Alvarez in Miami, Florida, with epoxy resin, crystals, and fine materials on wood. Because each work is created by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and part of the character of the piece. Colors may also appear slightly different on your screen than in person.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are provided upon request. Contact us through this website, by email at kikibykireniaalvarez@gmail.com, or by WhatsApp at 305-873-4934. A quoted price is confirmed in writing before any payment is made.

Commissions (Custom Orders)

We gladly create pieces to your taste, in the figure and size you desire.

  • A commission begins after the design, size, and price are agreed in writing (email or message).
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work; the deposit amount and payment schedule are agreed in writing before we start.
  • Production times are estimates. Handmade work may take more or less time than expected, and we will keep you informed along the way.
  • The remaining balance is due before shipping or delivery of the finished piece.
  • Because a commission is made especially for you, it cannot be returned or exchanged (see “Returns” below).

Payment

We accept payment by the methods agreed with you at the time of purchase. Artwork is shipped or released only after payment has been received in full.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is arranged case by case depending on the size of the piece and your location; shipping costs are confirmed in writing before the piece is sent. Please inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives and let us know within 7 days if it arrived damaged, so we can make it right.

Returns

Each piece is unique and, in the case of commissions, made to your specifications. For that reason, all sales are final. The only exception is artwork that arrives damaged or that differs materially from what was agreed: contact us within 7 days of delivery. To approve any repair, replacement, or refund, the damage must be verified together with us — in person or by video call — so we can see the piece and its condition directly. Please keep the original packaging until that review is complete, in case the piece needs to be returned.

Copyright and Image Rights

Kirenia Alvarez retains full copyright and all reproduction rights to every artwork, including pieces that have been sold. Purchasing a piece gives you ownership of that physical artwork only; it does not transfer the right to reproduce, copy, or commercially use images of the work. Images on this website may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Care

Resin art is durable but deserves gentle care. Please follow the guidance on our “How to take care of your KIKI?” page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
